Off shore concrete or grout mixers rolls onto any suitable barge and is raised up off axles by hydraulic lifts and is ready for immediate use to dispense into a pump. Bulk bags can be stocked on barge with fresh water tanks to refill mixer using an optional knuckle boom crane. Produces mix at any desire psi with any required admixtures.
